Who owns the data patients enter in withClaro?
The patient does. Nothing is sent to you automatically. They choose whether to share a report, and you only see what they bring or send.
How much time does the partner program take?
Patients usually spend less than two minutes a day. The visit report takes a couple of minutes to read. There is no in-app messaging with you.
What feedback do you want from partners?
Informal and optional. After you have used withClaro with patients, we may ask for a 30-minute call. There is no quota.
Does withClaro give medical advice? Is it for crisis?
No. withClaro does not give medical or medication advice and is not a crisis service. If someone is in danger, they should use emergency services or 988 in the US.
