Emma Boelter Ennis

Emma Boelter Ennis is a psychotherapist and learning & development professional with experience supporting individuals, families, and organizations through periods of growth and change. Her clinical work focuses on ADHD, anxiety disorders, relationships, life transitions, and identity development, grounded in trauma-informed, neuroaffirming, and relational approaches. She is a licensed professional counselor (LPC, NCC) and the owner and clinical director of Emma Rose and Associates in New Orleans. Emma also works in learning, leadership, and organizational development, supporting teams to grow in sustainable, human-centered ways. She is particularly interested in the intersection of ethical mental health care and technology, and in how emerging tools can enhance client care while remaining grounded in clinical integrity and centering client wellbeing. At Claro, she contributes her clinical and organizational perspective and is hopeful about the potential for thoughtfully designed technology to strengthen patient care.
