Jessica Treat
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
MA, LMFT
Jessica Treat is a California-based licensed marriage and family therapist with over fifteen years of experience working with children, adults, and families across community, residential, school, and private-practice settings. She began her career as Program Manager at Stand For Families Free of Violence, supporting survivors of domestic violence, before serving as a School-Based Counselor with CASSY (Counseling and Support Services for Youth) at Leigh High School in San Jose, CA, and later as Program Director at Evolve Treatment Center, a residential program for adolescents. She now sees clients in private practice. Her clinical focus spans both short-term and long-term treatment, with particular expertise in trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions, working with a broad range of populations including first responders, neurodiverse individuals, LGBTQIA+ clients, and seniors. An avid learner, Jessica is a vocal advocate for using technology thoughtfully in mental health care — including apps that help clients learn new coping skills, reinforce and retain those skills between sessions, and track their mental health progress over time. She advises Claro on how these tools can be designed to genuinely support the client experience rather than add friction to it.
